Is that the house Clare was living in when I visited? ANd how is it you've been there 2 years and I've only visited once? The party ad made it sound like the house is being torn down for condos or something? Sadly, it seems like maybe you ultimately have to own your home to make a place like that permanently sustainable, and being interesting people doesn't, in itself, make the downpayment on a house. In fact, the two are often at odds.
