the third box reminds me of something i learned from my dear emofraggle -- it's very important to at least occasionally tell a complete stranger that they're beautiful, or that you like their eyes, or their smile. no strings attached, no meaning beyond that, just that.
also a good habit to say so to friends as well, and to pay attention and *notice*.
