distraction

things are pretty rough right now, and i could use some little distraction, some other thoughts, memories that aren't so hard and sad. so, here's this. *little smile* i think i'd prefer good memories, right now...

Hm...my most most recent memory is trading you chocolate for champagne this past Steer Roast where were were hanging out by 414.

Oh, I just managed to remember a good one... We had a (relatively) long zephyr conversation when I was in St. Mary's, SC... (I think that's where I was) when I was sailing up the East Coast. I was so horribly lonely and talking to you made me feel a lot better. I actually still have it in my zephyr logs. We talked about sailing and some other stuff. It was good.

thank you! ...chocolate and champagne, claiming my little space in the lounge by 414, and being there with friends who were glad to see me...that did a lot to make Roast good for me again.

if you've got the conversation in your zephyr logs, i'd love to see it...i don't think i log my zephyrs, and sometimes i wish i did. *smile* i'm glad i was able to do some good, then.
